Frenchman Jean Louis leads kitchen of the restaurant, he grew up on the border with Italy in the city of Nice, so the taste of Italian dishes he imbibed from childhood. The main purpose for our chef is to get the original flavor of each dish, not to distinguish risotto in Italy and in Kiev. The main complicacy is the products that we have to look in suppliers or order from Italy or France. The dough for pasta telyatelle, spaghetti and lasagna routinely by its own making, some pizzas on the menu are cooked according to the classic recipe, loved around the world. The rest of the pizzas are author’s and designed specifically for the restaurant.
