The Navdnitsky Park is situated in Pechersk district in Kiev. The Park has the status of a monument of garden-park art and is considered to be a complex memorial of nature. In this park you can see the monuments to the founders of Kiev – Kuy, Shchek and Khoryv. This is a traditional spot where people who have just got married come to take pictures. There’s a legend that bride and groom should stand back to the monument and throw a bouquet into a boat. If they throw it successfully they will have long and happy marriage.
